New items listed today show no returns but I do accept them ..what to do?
I listed three items this morning and all of them state that I don't accept returns while the rest of my previous items state that I do accept returns (buyer pays).
I'm not enrolled in the business policies. I tried revising and sell similar but that didn't work. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

·1 year agoYou can also do it with your bulk edit tool since there are three listings you want to update. On your seller dashboard...
1. Pull up the three listings and select them (click on the little box so they all have check marks next to them)
2. Select edit selected, this will take you to the bulk edit page
3. Select the three items again on this page
4. Scroll down to Preferences
5. Select Return Policy
6. Scroll down and select Change To
7. Select your policy
8. Submit

·1 year agoFirst you have to go into "Revise Listing" then scroll down to under the shipping information to see what @monica-sells showed you.

·1 year agoI just pulled up one of my own listings and could revise the return policy. I had to click on the the little pencil icon on the right to pull up the options.

OP1 year agoI don't see that pencil icon. Did you pull up an item as others see it or did you click on edit for that item? Either way, I don't see the icon.

OP1 year agoI'm sorry that I'm taking so much of your time. I just can't seem to find the page you're showing me that says preferences. I've looked into almost every title under my account.

·1 year agoWhen I click the little pencil icon:
sometimes when you use "Sell Similar" (that is not one of your with the proper setting) the preferences carry over and they are stubborn to remove....

·1 year agoI just hit edit beside one of my items, then scroll toward the very bottom where the return stuff is shown under the heading preferences. On the right of this is the pencil.

·1 year agoHi, Though I am not 100% sure - I think that you are just going to have to "end Llisting" go to "ended listings" then "sell similar'. Im' sure that others will comment. Good Luck!
