New Issue with New Feedback Page
There are still some old issues with the feedback page, specifically one can not remove sales that were either canceled or no payment was received until they are removed after 60 days. The new feedback page does not allow me to store a generic response by using the right mouse button, probably because all the young bucks continue to refuse to acknowledge that many sellers still use a desktop.

After answering a couple of questions and hitting "send" you should have the chance to add a comment of up to 500 characters.

I've seen so many complaints on this "new" feature...this is not helpful to sellers at all, not to mention our seller ID's have been removed from our listings in the search. I have regular customers, just like many others here. The blues insist it's just a test, but if this is a test, they all get an F+ because it's ridiculous. Hang in there.
