I just tried to list an item. there is no place to put shipping. Just a place to give size.

Has the format changed??

What type of device are you creating your listings with? Sometimes that makes a difference. You might try clearing your cache and cookies and see if it improves.

For me, I use a desktop. I don't see an issue with the shipping section. Below is what I see.

Today was the first time it had shipping method.

It is showing the domestic shipping now.

I guess just a hiccup.

Those three little dots on the right side of the screen shot I gave above are important. They are how you get to your options for the section.
