New feedback stopped showing

I know I've gotten feedback today, but new comments and updated count are not showing. It seems to be stuck on 1699 comment, but it should be over 1700. Why is this and help me fix it, please. Thx

·Jul 20, 2026 at 9:33 PMThere has been problems with the feedback numbers off an on for the last couple of months or more. It seems to be accurate now.
As to why. Well for new or casual sellers it is extremely important and can influence how fast their money is released to them. As for regular sellers, buyers still review feedback from time to time, so current feedback can be important.
While I agree that feedback for buyers isn't really informative and doesn't have much value, the same is not true for sellers. I've often stated that feedback for buyers should just be done away with like all the other similar sites did years ago. The only thing of value on a buyer's feedback page is Feedback Left for Others IMHO.

·Jul 20, 2026 at 7:58 PMCount all your positive feedback received. Eliminate duplicate feedback received from the same user in the same week. If the result is 894, eBay is counting correctly.

You must check a box in order to see it.
Go to your feedback and check this box.

·Jul 20, 2026 at 6:29 PM · EditedTo see your most recent feedback it is necessary to do two things: check the box to see automated feedback; and also sort your feedback by "most recent" instead of "most relevant".
If you previously received automated feedback for a transaction, your feedback number would go up at that point. If your buyer later leaves positive feedback, that feedback comment replaces the previous automated feedback but your feedback number does not change at that point, unless the buyer leaves a negative to replace a positive.
