NEW Ebay Messages to RELIST an Item

Is it just me or has anyone else been getting constant messages from Ebay saying "TIME TO RELIST Such and Such Widget" Is this a test? I have been getting dozens of these messages from Ebay throughout the day the past 3 days. Not at night just during the day. Some of the messages are for auctions that had just ended and for a few Buy It Nows that I ended. Anyone?

Yeah, I have seen seeing it for a while but not on all sales.

The following screen shot shows I sold something with still 14 on hand and it is suggesting I relist???????

Nope. Possibly phishing - check the email header, and report spam.
