new account suspended
Hello, 15 days ago I registered and today I decided to put my garment up for sale,
I made the ad but after 30 minutes my account was blocked.
I received an email to contact eBay for further details as a seller.
The problem here is that it can only be done by phone and only Canadian and US numbers can be called,
and my registration is with a Bulgarian number.
The number can be changed, but I don't have one for these countries.Please advise what other way to contact this particular department for suspended and blocked accounts.

Have you set up your payment method yet? EBay needs both a way to pay you and bill you for any fees.

·3 years agoThe phone reps have a terrible reputation for getting you off the phone as soon as possible even if that means giving you the advice you want to hear instead of the advice you need to have.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.
