Negative review saying I refused to discuss

·3 weeks ago@vintagetreasurerevival Way too old to do anything about it. It is approaching a year old. You have to resolve these issues within 60 days of the purchase. So you are way past that time. The good news it will drop off a couple days after it is a year old and won't be represented in your numbers and percentage on your feedback page. The negative remains, it just won't be represented in your past 12 month numbers.

That negative feedback was made nearly a year ago.
It'll drop off away (but not disappear) after a full year has elapsed

I believe you still have time to report the buyer, if there are grounds, and/or reply to the FB in a professional way.
