Negative Feedback removal not approved - completely unfair.

Hello,

I sold a camera lens recently to someone. The listing is pictures of the lens ONLY but the buyer said he was also expecting the bag that supposedly the lens originally comes in. I bought this lens brand new and it DID NOT come with in a lens carry bag. Neither the pictures or the nor the description mention any sort of bag yet the seller is, so far, keeping the item and I have a negative feedback because of it.

Doesn't make sense, completely unfair. I would like for someone at eBay to please look into this and help me. Thank you.

Yes this was pretty mislisted. If it was a $10 widget I'd probably let it go without feedback. But it was an $899 item. I can see where they're maybe upset.

But per the item specifics for the "new" item you listed as, it should be included.

Your other option (and probably the correct choice) should have been open box - even if the box was missing:

You listed it as New which if you looked at your listing details, it tells you exactly what should come with it. You did not even describe what it did not come with. Unfortunately, the only way you can make it go away is if the buyer would agree to revise the feedback which does not seem like it will happen from their feedback left.
