Negative feedback for delayed mail
Does ebay no longer allow sellers to request negative feedback removal for mis-routed or delayed deliveries? Years ago I remember sending in requests to have feedback removed if it was out of the sellers control. I don't see that option anymore unless I'm not looking in the correct place.

OP1 year agoNevermind. I found it. I could not file the request from the feedback page. Found it under the helpo section under feedback removal.
