Need to send an invoice

The buyer has paid for the item... not enough for shipping. How do I send an invoice for moreshipping AND the buyer has agreed to this

Did the buyer pay what you charged for shipping? If so, you need to ship and take the loss.

Can't really ask for more money from a sale for shipping.

You can say to the buyer I will be using some of my own money to ship out your item.

Kind of make the buyer feel good.

As far as your pricing of items...the cheaper the shipping the better results someone will buy the product.

My thoughts on shipping...I don't like to nickel and dime the buyer and visa-versa to me.

And getting 'repeat buyers' are a plus from good sellers.

@soxthecat879 A seller is NOT allowed to 'come back for more $$' after a sale. Sure, you 2 can 'decide' but it's not right and not allowed.

By the way, your shipping is a mess across the board. $15 to ship shoes; $3 to ship lipstick (when nothing ships for $3).

You need to look at each listing and fix it.

Both above are correct!

1) You can either cancel the sale. Then relist the item with proper shipping price and ask them to repurchase it.

2) If the buyer paid the shipping price you charged, then you can eat the difference and ship them the item.

I personally would do #2, as their is no guarantee that the buyer will purchase the item after you relist with a higher shipping cost. It could also leave a defect on your account for having to cancel the order.

one way is to cancel the sale/refund, and relist with the proper shipping charges. There are other ways, but this is one idea.
