Bullet points should never be centered, that's why they are bullet points.
You returns section states a 20% restock fee, that's against eBay policy I believe albeit yes, I understand the need in sales of Laptops. The only return policies at eBay are those eBay defines, as I understand it, its that simple.
Don't note you're 100% feedback rating as you are inviting someone to leverage that against you.
All pertinent information in you're listings should pretty much fit on any mobile cellphone with at best minimal scrolling required by a potential customer. 98% of people shop via cellphone now.
