I need help disputing a postage charge. Ebay says the Post Office says I underweighed a package. I did not. They added 20 ounces to my package and charged me. I am trying to dispute it. I put in the correct measurement and correct weight. I have a digital scale. Also, the Post Office I go to weighs each box.

Where do I find this number? It will not accept the ebay order number listed where I bought the label.
