Need Advice on My eBay Shop – Global Finds
Hi everyone! 👋
I’d really appreciate it if experienced eBay sellers could take a quick look at my shop Global Finds and give me some honest feedback.
I have many active listings and good impressions, and I’ve worked on my Promoted Ads campaigns, but I’m currently getting very few/no sales. Previously, I was getting around 8–9 orders daily.
I use genuine tracking, provide 100% customer support, and regularly monitor my account.
What could I be missing? Any advice on my listings, SEO, pricing, ads, or account performance would be greatly appreciated. 🙏
Please review my shop and guide me on what I should improve. Thank you!

·3 days agoYour feedback tells buyers that you're an Amazon drop shipper.
There are still some buyers out there who don't know what that is, but many people understand what it is and how it works and they don't want to buy from drop shippers. These people know they can get it cheaper on Amazon and won't have to worry about dealing with an ebay seller if there's a problem (your feedback states quite a few problems).
I have a feeling your store will be getting fewer and fewer sales as more people are informed about drop shipping.

·3 days agoI would not come to Ebay to buy any of your items.
I would look for them on Temu and other low end sites. Probably pay less and get them faster.
Your choice of merchandise limits your success.

Far too many neutrals and negatives -- your customer service needs a major do-over.

·3 days agoI checked 6-8 of your items........prices seem good: if not the lowest, close.
But you are selling non brands and there can be 100's of the same items (same pictures) listed. Apparently using Amazon Fulfillment. How many are promoted/for what price, no one can tell.
You are selling an average over 12 months, almost 200 a month on (now at least) 320 listings, which is quite a good sell thru to me.....
Only suggestions I would have is chose less available products and to answer neg/neu feedback showing how much you "care" and making the answers attractive to buyers. I really don't know how many buyers check feedback, but certainly some do. Admit mistakes and offer solutions. Your feedback isn't bad, considering your volume and the possibly of buyer mistakes, but a lack of response from you could deter some buyers.

·3 days agoHonest advice.
Your main store banner is very boring.
When I went to look at your store it said "no items available".
Apparently you don't ship to Hawaii.
There is no good reason for that.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii should cost about the same as shipping from the East coast to the West coast.
You are blocking about 2 million potential customers.

·3 days agoSo, about 1/2% of the U.S. population. Seems like a minor impact. My sales to Hawaii and Alaska are far less than that. I ship to those states, but understand why some don’t, and it likely isn’t a significant drag on their sales.

Please explain why?
My sales to Rhode Island are very low but why on earth would I want to exclude them as customers (if I could)?

·3 days ago · EditedI just tested out one simple package – a 1 pound ground advantage. Shipping to Hawaii was 25% more expensive than shipping to California from my location. I’ve had some crazy long delays shipping to Hawaii. Personally, I wouldn’t worry about it because of the eBay program where they’ll refund me if I shipped it on time and you have an item not received claim. But maybe some sellers aren’t choosing eBay labels or maybe they aren’t aware of the program. Maybe it is just outside of the comfort zone for some. Perhaps some sellers have enough bad experiences with buyers in Hawaii that they would rather block the whole state.
