Ebay handles 100 percent of sales tax on your sales. If you are talking about buying items for resale and not paying sales tax on them then you need to register properly with your state to do that. I somehow don't think that is what you are talking about though since your items are almost all used items that would have likely been purchased in a situation where no sales tax would have been charged in the first place.

·2 weeks ago@randys_toy_chest_llc If you are registered with your state and have a Resale Certificate, you can submit it to Ebay so you can purchase things for resale or that become part of what you resell without sales tax. However for personal purchases you would need to use another account so that you do pay appropriate sales taxes.
