OP3 weeks ago*Hello, I need assistance with an ongoing issue involving the same buyer. Over the past several weeks, the buyer placed two orders but did not pay until July. Once payment was completed, I shipped both cameras, and delivery was confirmed.
Now a third order from the same buyer has appeared with the exact same purchase date as the previous orders. This appears to be a triple duplicate order. I do not have a third camera to ship, and the system will not allow me to cancel the order.
I have contacted eBay Support multiple times over the last four weeks and have not received a resolution. I am asking for your help to verify whether this third order is valid or a system‑generated duplicate, and to advise how I should proceed without penalty.
This issue has been ongoing for a very long time, and I am unable to resolve it on my own. Please advise. Thank you.**
