Nagative feedbacks for seller
Buyers are abused feedback tools as their personal powers, and ebay WONT remove them even if you provide enough EVIDENCE TO PROF, buyers are misuses feedback tools. because every service members giving you total different solutions, when you do finally confront their wrong decisions ( not easy to do so , have to jump through many hoops to prove their decisions are wrong , ebay response are " we're sorry previous service member made a mistake gave you the wrong answers "
Now what that suppose mean ?
I'm still stuck with bad ends of deal. Example.
I had buyer bought the items for 0.99 +freeship . ( I made errors when I created listing , I explaining later about my errors)
Buyer paid total little over $1.00
. When I ready to packing, 7 crystal glass wine stoppers, I was missing one , so I emailed buyer , letting buyer know that, I will replace them with 3 more stoppers , so buyer will receive total 9 stoppers instead 7 . But buyer happens to wants that 1 missing stopper and wants to cancel transaction.so I agreed to cancel, meantime I emailed buyer letting buyer know , I was happy to cancel transaction because my error on freeship, I be putting out money from my pocket to complete this transaction so , cancelation works for both of us . But for
Some reason, whatever I said buyer didn't like left me with nasty feedback saying ,I was bate and switch , took out the most expensive stoppers and replaced with cheap ones / how cheaper can anyone get for selling 7 crystal for $0.99 + freeship? ) and ontop buyer saying I lie about ( buyer requested cancelation)
Is this insane or what ????
I called ebay exactly 18 times hours and hours with ebay service teammates, to remove my very 1st nagative feedbacks which hustle attitude towards me. Ebay , first agreed , still didn't removed 2nd time again, agreed, 3rd time disagree, 4th time agree, on and on . Bottom line I am trying to make here is , you're/ sellers, here alone , ebay won't cover your back nor do ebay support provides helping hands, sellers are not the person, just the number which can replace quicker than I can spell SELLER.

·2 years ago@mustardjo you do understand it's not the money the poster is upset about..........it's the negative she got......???
mustardjo
·2 years agoExactly. when did I imply it was the money"?

·2 years agoI am sorry you had to go thru all of that only to lose money. Some buyers are extremely hard to deal with and know they will always come out on top on ebay. It is very difficult and frustrating at times to be a seller. And expensive too. I wish there was a better alternative to selling...

·2 years agoFirst, as a seller you are doing a BAD job. Your feedback reflects that. You need to IMPROVE a LOT.
Secondly, I don't care if you feel you were selling at a loss. The market determines the value of an item. If it sold for 99 cents but you think it was worth $70, you are WRONG. It was worth 99 cents. I don't care if you screwed up and offered something else different to "make up for it". The buyer purchased what you SAID you were selling them, not something else.
In essence you have royally screwed up. Multiple times. You then go on putting down buyers for being upset because YOU screwed up. What you think may have made up for it, obviously did not. Buyers were still upset. Your offers were not good enough, period. No buyer HAS to accept your excuses or any other offer to "make up" for anything. If you can't do this right, you are better off not doing it at all. Upsetting buyers isn't doing ANYONE any favors. And you ranting like a nutcase is doing you no favors either. You got the feedback buyers think you deserved. Live with it and learn, or just leave.

·2 years agoYou are a disgrace as a ebay seller, I hope that ebay shuts you down, sellers like you are bad for all of the good sellers.

OP2 years agoThank you for your concern,
I do believe, Individual who share hateful comments often hide behind screens as a shield created Animosity all around, rather having a normal conversation

·2 years agoThis is very hard to understand.
Perhaps if you were to rewrite it in your own first language, and post that, you would have an answer from another speaker of your language, or we could use Google to translate?
It also sounds as if you phoned eBay for answers.
EBay subcontracts the phone part of Customer Service to a subcontractor in Utah , who further subcontracts weekend and off-hour service to the Philippines.
So if you also speak with an accent, you may have trouble being understood by the phone reps.

·2 years agoBuyer buys a item from you.
You are unable to fulfil the order because you are missing something.
Order is cancelled and buyer is refunded.
The buyer has every right to be upset and leave negative feedback.
Just because a buyer is refunded doesn't mean they have to be happy.
FYI: It's "negative" not "nagative".

OP2 years agoWould you teach me more English, how to say moron in English? I don't even know if I spelled right for MORON or?

·2 years agoYou have 2 needlepoint kits for sale that you have free shipping on and you are going to lose money on too, since they are priced too low to offer free shipping. The 2 are the baby hanger and the jiffy wreath. You probably need to update those.

OP2 years agoThank you for your advice, because I was so irritated with ebay inconsistent decision making regards to any issues I had , I finally decided to delete all my 650 listings, stress I'm getting from both side / ebay and buyers , I rather giving all my stuff to goodwill than deal with it , I'm not going to be millionaire selling on ebay , therefore isn't worth for me to put up with unacceptable behavior coming from........
dhbookds
·2 years agoSounds like to me you are not delivering what was sold..........from your description of what happened. To me that gives a buyer a right to be upset....... You may have tried to mitigate by including more.......but that doesn't eliminate the fact of what happened.
humanity62
OP2 years agoThink about this. Whole thing valued over $100 + FREE shipping . I made a error put through $0.99 auction +$freeshipping .but still willing to sell for $0.99 .
Buyer paid only $0.99 for whole thing , but one thing is missing out of 7 , paying $ 1.00 , you think that is enough to upsetting anyone?

·2 years agoYou've had some really unhappy buyers, and your responses to their fb leaves a lot to be desired.
humanity62
OP2 years agoIs not that easy when you give respect to others but when they're disrespectful and misbehaving , ontop treats you very unpleasant way , all because they are the buyers , they know they can misbehaving and they also know most sellers will just take it , we'll, I'm too old to take unacceptable childish behaviors from buyers , buyers don't have the upper hand over the sellers , and sellers are not obligated to accept any unreasonable behaviors from buyers .
But thank you for your wise wisdom, I need to learn from your wisdom quote.
dhbookds
·2 years agoThe buyer did NOT get what she bought........ Your errors are on you......we all make them and, hopefully, accept the consequences..............but making a error is not a reason for removing the neg.

OP2 years agoIf this one missing part out of 7 , and will be replaced with 3 new ones for missing one , this got buyer so upset buyer wants to cancel the order and took time to wrote nasty feedback to chipping off sellers representation , for just $0.99 buyer paid , I can't even imagine what this buyer would have done if seller sent wrong items to buyer , this buyer probably hired hit man to go after the seller .
Misdirected anger over penny is micro version of what's going on this world today
kensgiftshop
·2 years agoYes, the buyer paid for 7 items, not 6.
Wouldn't you be upset?
humanity62
OP2 years agoThat's why I told buyer I will replace with 3 more stopper to make it total 9 stoppers instead 7 stoppers , did you skip reading that part of where I was explained???
kensgiftshop
·2 years agoNo, I read it.
The buyer wanted the 7 they bought, not different ones.
humanity62
OP2 years agoOmg , did your guys read my blog, I said , I was willing to sell to buyer for $0.99 take my responsibility for making errors, but buyer didn't want that deal even if was valued over $70 without missing one stopper , buyer insisted for me to cancel the order and demanded refund for little over $1.00
Please if anyone out there wants leave comments, do not assume the situations without the reading clearly please ...
candd205
·2 years ago@humanity62
Humanity, please just stop responding, so all these mean comments toward you will stop. That is the only way to get it to stop. Please try not to let these mean comments bother you. You made a simple mistake, it's over, there is no reason for all this.

·2 years agoFrom the feedback you received, it sounds like the buyers got the bad end of the deals.
What hoops have you had to jump through to prove their decisions were wrong?
Buyers have the right to leave negative feedback on bad transactions and from the looks of it, their decisions were right to leave them.
humanity62
OP2 years agoAre you serious???How did you think buyers got end of bad deal? Buyer didn't want the deal and tell me to cancel the orders.
How can you get bad / something, if there wasn't anything for you to get , ontop when you cancel the deal for yourself ?????
humanity62
OP2 years agoFeedback isn't anyone's rights but tools to improve, not the rights to chipping out sellers or anyones reputation, do you used hammer/ tools , to hit someone in the head or used to make a better than was whatever you trying to do .
Person intentions for Feedback should be more accountable then buyers own perspective views because we all have different perspectives views, so when we based on person perspective views , we are permitted them to use Feedback tools as their personal power, thats where so many unfairness arise, because misconceptions about Feedback tools

OP2 years agoWhat hoop ? just like one that you have on front of your gate for mail man to deliver mail to you , it won't be much fun for the mail man to jumping through hoops everytime just deliver mail to you, ya? Same hoops . 😞
kensgiftshop
·2 years agoLucky for my mail carrier, I don't have a gate and they don't even have to get out of their vehicle to deliver my mail, so no hoops.

·2 years agoReminder: eBay considers the FB a buyer leaves to be reflective of his experience with the transaction and are not really eager to remove it at the request of the seller.
Personally, I found your reply to that FB to reflect more negatively on you than the FB itself.
humanity62
OP2 years agoPlease explain to me what you are saying ? I'm little bit confused...
soh.maryl
·2 years agoDon't know how I can explain it better. When anyone, either buyer or seller, leaves FB, it represents how they felt about the transaction, whether it was good or bad, in their honest opinion.
humanity62
OP2 years agoOfcourse is negative comments, when someone receives nothing But the nagative so many times , person can only reflect nagative energy, person can only take so much before have to let it out what they been force to taken.
Any communication have to based on true not only facts , not sugar coding confused words but simple true than we can have grown-ups conversations.
mustardjo
·2 years agoI don't think so...I think he is just being honest. If a buyer left a feedback similar to that would it reflect badly on him?
