My Store Logo is not on my packing slip anymore....

I have had my Store Logo included on my packing slips for years now, and as late as this last Friday. Then just now, my Store Logo is not on my packing slip, and eBay Help claims that it never was an option. I have proof that it was an option, as I have the .pdf of the packing slips of my previous 4 orders that I sent out today.
What is going on?

路1 week agoWhen you go to print your packing slip, go under "customize." Toward the bottom of the specs you can click on the box to include your store logo.

I have been selling on eBay since the late 90's and I have always included packing slips and will continue to do so. Some of you apparently have looked at my listings (which is fine) so you might have noticed that I have a 100% positive feedback rating. There is a reason for that. I treat my customers like people that I value not just another order to process and take to the carrier.
I am also a buyer on eBay and I really appreciate it when sellers include a packing slip, especially if it includes a nice note like "Thank you for your business".
For those that gave suggestions on my actual question, thank you! :-)

路1 week agoI have always used packing slips as kind of receipt/thank you note and it has never had a negative affect in 30-ish years on several platforms. I think my customers deserve and appreciate the effort. I am not sure why some sellers are so against that, my customers aren't. At worst they just throw the slip away, at best recycle it.

路1 week agoWe use invoices for our own pack and ship procedures and we sell mostly to businesses and they expect the item to have a invoice because the person who opens it is likely not the person who purchased it.

路1 week agoI have a whole video about how packing slips are not only not needed but actually have negative effects. "Building a brand" is not an effective strategy for an everything seller, particularly not at a sales rate of under 1 item a day. You do have a really impressive sell through rate though, congrats on that.
However for your problem you just need to go back to the settings and customize it again.

OP1 week agoSo what you are saying is it is a waste of time for me to ask questions here because it will just be a bunch of you critiquing my store, giving unsolicited advice, belittling me because I don't have multiple sales every day and then turning it into an off-topic discussion. Got it. Now I know why eBay set up the Mentor section. I will go there next time and skip this nonsense.

Under the area where you would click the box to print the packing slip right underneath it it says CUSTOMIZE. Click that. On the right side you will see the box for store logo.
Sometimes it reverts back to default settings. I think maybe ebay updates have something to do with it.
I tried to cut and paste but for some reason today cannot send you a photo.

路1 week agoNot sure what's going on. I have never included a packing slip with any of my orders. IMO not needed. If my shipping label gets damaged I'll deal with it.
