my store is all screwed up and i didn't do it!!
first they moved all my items because they didn't like that i told people they could go to my facebook page - which took them to my store not outside of ebay. now 3/4 of my items are all gone and what's left is all mixed up in different categories. i called but it didn't help. i have been trying to update the items but it is taking a long time to go through everything. now i can't find them.

If your listings violated eBay policy and you were directing buyers to items for sale on Facebook it's understandable eBay would remove your listings. EBay would be doing work with no way to collect their share of the proceeds. There is a correct way to collaborate with Facebook but your approach is not it.

Would you please be more specific instead of general in your concerns. It is hard to try and research general comments, but if you give us some specific details it would make it much easier.
You should not be experiencing any problems with Ebay regarding your Facebook Page. We are allowed to do that, so I'm unsure as to why you would be having any kind of issue unless you are doing something you aren't suppose to do.

When Ebay closes a listing, they send you an email telling you why. What did the emails tell you?
Give us some examples of your listings that have had the category changed.

@mtndew317 I do agree that you need to give us more specific details of what problems you're having now. I see 246 active listings on your account.

·1 year agoI don't think they had them linked like you posted above, I think they were just posting their Facebook account link on their listing which isn't allowed.
