Today is March 28, if I get to 1000 transaction by then would my evaluation change to above standard?
Also Im in 390 sales in the last 90 days, I should hit 400 transactions by tomorrow based on eBay rules if I hit 400 transactions in 3 months I should evaluate every 3 months. My question is am im too late for the 3 months evaluation rule?

·5 months agoAll you can do is remove any listings you think have even the slightest chance of a buyer issue. You can't afford any more poor feedback. It may be too late already.

·5 months agoSometimes the evaluation for me anyway can come as early as the 18th which is strange.
Maybe selling some cheaper items would help to get more transactions.
Usually for me, the feedbacks come from buyers are from my cheapo items.
Buyers who purchase expensive items usually don't leave feedback or leave a so-so feedback.
I got a 'out of stock'(it was a refund for a damaged item but eBay ai made it as out of stock) hit back in April last year(2025) and it is suppose to fall out end of this month...yelp...it hangs around for a year.
Need to do a lot of transactions...
This one didn't hurt my evaluation but I can see it for a year...when I have a lot of transactions it disappears but when I don't have a lot of transactions in the monthly(s) evaluation it reappears...a whole year.

·5 months agoAnswer is "no" because EBAY looks back 3 months and you did not have 400 transactions.
To make sure we're getting a fair picture, we'll adjust how far we look back (the "evaluation period") depending on how much you've sold recently:

·5 months agoWhile more transactions will help get you achieve TRS again, I'd be extra attentive toward what caused the problem in the first place. You have not one, not two, but THREE cases closed without seller resolution. That means you ignored three customers. I would highly recommend learning from this (triple) mistake...

I did learned , Im a new seller. BTW the two cases item was delivered late it was in Dec during the holidays.
