My Seller incoming feedback count is going up, but the new feedback can't be seen. About 4 days now

People have been leaving positive feedback for me - but the only way I know that is by the "count" going up. The feedback itself hasn't changed in about 4 days. Why is the new feedback invisible??

eBay isa now automatically leaving generic positivefeeedback anytie a buyer does not.

Look on your fewedback page:

auto FB.jpg

Note the check box to show auto FB. The FB showing is what it will generally say. Note that the buyer's name and the item do not show. Makes it a guessing game.

If the feedback is automated feedback it is being left by eBay, not your buyers. To see automated feedback you must do two things: check the box on your feedback page to view "automated feedback" and choose to sort by "most recent" rather than "most relevant".

My setting is already "most recent" - it always has been. I haven't changed anything. Up until 4 days ago, when my count was 304, I could see all feedback as it was posted. Since then, my count has gone up to 310 today, but the last posted feedback was back on the 304 posting. To my knowledge, Ebay itself has never posted feedback on my account.

The default is "most relevant."

This is the default:

If you sort by "most recent" and have the "show automated feedback" checked, your newest auto feedbacks are shown:
