My seller Feedback profile has no "Feedback Revision Request" link. How to proceed?
I cannot seem to request a Feedback Revision Request form from my Feedback Forum or Feedback Profile pages: when I push the Feedback Revision Request on the seller's info pages, I just get taken to my Feedback Profile, and nothing happens when I click on the Buyer's transaction -- ALTHOUGH I DO SEE A "REQUEST FEEDBACK REVISION' when I go to the BUYER'S full feedback page. I clicked on that link but nothing seemed to happen.
What's going on? (The negative feedback is only days old, so that's not the problem. And I did communicate with the buyer, who claimed (dubiously) that the product was defective, after which I sent a full refund. I also sent them a message that I'd be requesting a feedback revision.)
WHAT TO DO?

·8 months agoTo submit a feedback revision, there is usually a link to the right of the negative/neutral feedback. If you do not see it or its not working, there should also be a link at the bottom of your feedback page under "Suggested Next".
I would recommend first submitting an appeal through ebay. There system is becoming more AI automated and will sometimes automatically remove certain feedback in some situations. If the buyer never contacted your prior to leaving the feedback can most of the time be removed. Here is a link to submit an appeal.

·8 months agoYou state that you've refunded the buyer and also that you'd be sending the buyer a Feedback Revision Request form. I know this isn't the answer to your question, but have to ask: Are you certain that the buyer is willing to revise his/her FB left for you?
