My money is gone

So this is the story...

I did two sellings on eBay between February and March of 2024 and I didn't receive my money from Ebay and Monzo says they don't find the transactions with all the information I gave them from eBay.

I ask my bank where is my money and they ask me to ask Ebay about my ARN number which I do. Exactly I've been more than four months with this problem and not knowing what to do. So in this months Monzo says to me my bank card is expiring, so I changed when I received the new one and changed the details on eBay. Here is were the problem begins. I'm contacting with my Monzo bank to get my money back and they say I have to ask eBay for the ARN number. I do it and the and the send me some emails saying "here is the information you need for your bank" (more thand 10 times, every time I contacted eBay to try to solve my issue) I did this like more than 10 times over this period between February and March. I just realised eBay and Monzo are playing tricks on me. One is not giving me the information I need for my bank and the other keep saying they don't find that transactions anywhere, no matter what I do, and "sending" me to the financial group and again and again for nothing. (Like playing the cat and the mise with me)

Please if someone knows what I can do, tell me, I'm existed of fitting with this people.

Since you're from the UK, log off the US site and return to the UK site and you'll probably get more help there.

Probably not many in the US that know anything about that bank.

@cat-kisa1990 posting on the UK site would be more appropriate than here on the US site, for one thing, we don't know about 'Monzo' bank, at least i have never heard of it
