My items was delivered to buyer. But the status still Tracking Provided
Hello! I'm newbie here, and I need your help
My items was Delivered to buyer. But the status still Tracking Provided with estimated delivery on Sunday 9 Apr
I used National Country Post, no automatic update tracking on ebay. How to change status to Tracking Provided to Delivered ? Or I just need to waiting until Sunday 9 Apr ?

Are you sure the service used from Indonesia Post actually included full tracking?

OP3 years agoBased on web Indonesia Post is update, but on ebay not updated. I just want to update my status shipping to Delivered or I just need to wait until 9 Apr ?

You don't need to do anything, it doesn't matter what eBay is showing.
FYI they will only show tracking progress from USPS, I do not think they will pay any attention to what shows on Indonesia Post, even if they do the tracking on eBay can be very slow to update.

Did you not enter the tracking number when you shipped? You should be able to go to the sale and click on "mark item shipped" and then enter the tracking no.
