my item for sale doesn't appear in the search engin
Hello,
This is my problem.
I recently sold a box of jewelry. The buyer didn't pay me.
When it was canceled, I put it back on the market.
The problem is that it doesn't appear in the search engine.

Theoretically, if I put junk drawer lot, it should appear, but it doesn't.
What's the mistake?

Per eBay’s User Agreement (see “Listing Conditionsâ€), it can take up to 24 hours for a listing to index and appear in Search results.

OP1 year agoI don't know why, because I added another junk drawer and it appeared in the search engine in 15 minutes.
This only happened with this lot.

OP1 year agoI mean, if you just put in a junk drawer lot, it doesn't appear at least to me.
When I put in a new listing, it appears in the result after 15 minutes.
If I put in a timed newly listing, it appears first.
But not this time.

I can see that link you sent.
But if I type junk drawer lot in the search engine and click on the new items section, it doesn't appear.
Obviously, just by entering junk drawer lot, the rest shouldn't appear.
for example you search junk drawer lot
And click on new items. It should appear first, just by typing in "junk drawer lot."
I tried with another browser and it didn't appear.
I tried with my phone and it didn't appear either.
Maybe it doesn't appear for me, I don't know why.

Not if other items have been listed since or if there are sponsored listings appearing first.
In my search, limited by price, it appears third.

If you only put junk drawer lot in new lists, does it appear?

Why do you believe it should be in top results? Did you promote it heavily?

OP1 year agoI understand you, but in the new items section, if you click "Timed Newly Listed," it should be first.
Because they are new items, if you click on new items, they appear first in the results list.

·1 year agoDid you use relist or did you use sell similar?
If you used relist, the listing will appear with the original listing's start date. So it will not be at the top of newly listed.
Edit to add: Yes, you did use relist. I looked at your listings, sorted by newly listed, and there it is with the original listing date of April 28.
There's no error here, just a misunderstanding of how it works when you use "relist."

OP1 year agoeBay has removed a similar item from my list. If I try to sell it from my own list, it doesn't appear.
It only appears on another seller's list.
I also have visitors and watchers, but I don't know where they come from, since it doesn't appear in the search engine.
I normally start it at one dollar, but I got scared and raised the price even more.

Did you go through all of them to see if it was there?

The very fact that you posted a link to an active listing, proves it's there.
