My entire store 5000 items now states media mail delivery times 2-4 days.
Please check your delivery times on your listings. I just got off the phone with ebay. They changed all 5000 of my listings to read- "US $6.75 delivery in 2–4 days
Get it between Mon, Jan 13 and Wed, Jan 15" My handling time is 3 days. There is NO way the US post office will deliver media mail in 2 days. I asked why the change to my delivery times. She said it was a technical issue and suggested I put my store on vacation while they "looked into it". I cannot afford to put my store on vacation. I don't pay ebay to have to put my store on vacation.
The shipping time for media mail is the same as priority mail 2-4 days.
The person I talked to had no idea how many sellers were affected. I am sure it has to do with all the changes they just made. Anyone else having this issue?

·1 year agoYes, I have the same thing.
Not another problem to deal with!
I have 5 business days until I mail it.
I checked shipping to Illinois...Expected delivery is January 14th-18th from today.
Today is the 9th...I should be able to mail it on the 16th?.....LOL

·1 year agoYou said "they changed" your listings as if they did it on purpose just to mess with you.
As others have said, 2-4 days is if you'll be shipping it to yourself.

·1 year agoI have this issue too. I have Economy shipping and they have said in my listings delivery in 4 days, but I have 5 days handling.
I've been told previously that eBay puts this time in based on your history of delivery, not a realistic expectation of when it will be delivered.
They like to say it's a technical issue and to put your store on vacation to get you off the phone. Don't do that. If you feel concerned about buyers filing INRs, you can be proactive with your buyers to let them know what's going on. In my experience 50% of buyers like to receive such an update, and the other 50% just ignore messages I send. I do find when my shipper or USPS has significant delays that being proactive significantly reduces the INRs I receive.

·1 year agoWhat zip code did you use to check the delivery estimates? The delivery estimate varies depending on the zip code, if you just use that your default ship in RI then 2 -4 days is absolutely an accurate estimate.
If you change your delivery location to a west coast zip code you will see this.
That is what YOU see for shipping to YOUR zip code I see this ......
