my eBay account has been temporarily restricted

Dear members
I am a seller doing business with eBay since August 02, 2022. Until now I have done my best to protect the respect and trust of eBay and my buyers. As far as I know, I have not done anything unethical or unethical.
Due to my ignorance or an error on my part, my eBay account has been temporarily restricted today as "Concerning Your Seller Account". I am deeply sorry for this and apologize to eBay and my buyers.
How can I find out what was wrong with me and get my eBay account back? Please help.

·3 years agoThe line, "We're here to help you get back to selling" means that most likely you won't be selling on eBay again, if anecdotal evidence over time is any indicator.
The only (slim) chance you have is to respond exactly as eBay told you in the timeframe they stated. Have your excuses for known trouble areas (PO'd buyers, drop shipping if any, out of stock and so forth) ready and in order.

Looks like you had a few unhappy customers who weren't pleased with their purchases. Were you drop shipping? You claim to have been out of stock as well and had shipping issues. Not good. I would follow up on what eBay advised to see what's going to happen next.

·3 years agoWell the email tells you what you need to do within 7 days. Did you do as they instructed you? If you have not, it is in your best interest to do it right away.
