My buyers have received their package but my payment keeps on hold.
Hi everyone:
I’m from Mexico and started selling on eBay a short time ago and I know they keep on hold the clients payment until package is received. A couple of them already did but my payment hasn’t reflected on my bank account. Supposedly the funds were available since June 14. I sent an email asking for information but nothing.
Please, help.

·1 year agoEbay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.

·1 year agoThe other posters have given you explanations of the reason for the "hold".
If you were unaware of this as a new seller, please do yourself a favor and go back and read ALL the available information for new sellers. Could save you some headaches in the future.
Example: Do you know exactly how the Money Back Guarantee for buyers works? This is important because there are aspects of it which will affect you as a seller.

·1 year agoProbably tomorrow or the next few days funds will start to be released.
'keep on hold the clients payment until package is received'....that is not the reason for funds on hold.
New or infrequent sellers usually get a 30 day hold on holds.

·1 year agoEBAY has "30 day" hold on all new sellers. Has nothing to do with when the package was received. Once you become a more established seller you will receive payment 2-3 days after you "ship item".

·1 year agoI have been selling for almost 7 months, and my payments are still on hold and when I called, they just give me the same old stuff that I have read over and over again. No definitive answer "Why". I also said if I was doing something wrong, I would fix it still no answer.
