my authentic items are being flagged as counterfeit and now my account is restricted for 3days

I recently opened up an account close to a month now. ive listed about 170 active listings and ive sold 26 items total so far. i post about 10–15 items daily all brand name streetwear high end designer most nwt some vintage brands such as supreme nike carhartt bape designer gucci loewe etc etc. i hv a lot of product and i was told listing daily was ideal. now my account has been restricted for 3 days it flagged my Carhartt beanie and supreme northface outdoor pants. i dont hv receipts for these items. is anyone else experiencing this problem. and how do i resolve if i dont hv receipts but my products are authentic? i reached out to ebay customer services but all i get is an AI response no actual ebay agent has contacted me back.

Most if not all of the brands you've named are highly faked items.
And since you're selling pre-owned items, one might assume you're sourcing your items from thrift stores, consignment stores, yard sales, etc. Very few of those types of third party sellers know the law, care about the law, know whether their items are authentic or not and refuse to sell fakes. So it's caveat emptor.
How do you know your items are authentic? Unless you are expert in authenticating the brands you're selling, you are likely to err in verifying the provenance of some of your items.
There's nothing wrong with buying items to flip for a profit but you need to know your brands.
May I suggest that when your restriction is over and you're allowed to list more items that you verify authenticity before listing? (Actually, that's the law and ebay policy. Sellers have to know items are authentic before they can be listed and sold.)
Depending on the types of items, you can post pictures on the fashion or handbag boards (clothing, shoes, accessories) for opinions from those who may know your products. There are also other blogs and facebook groups that offer similar opinions.
