My auction ended 6 days early automatically?

I recently listed a piece of model train equipment on an auction for 7 days starting at $70. About 12 hours later the auction auto ends to someone who bid $130. Why did my auction end and sell automatically? My buyer immediately paid, too.

Going through your listings, and searching sold, auction-only, I do see thing that sold for 130, but I do see you have a buy it now item that sold for 130. So I really don't know. Perhaps you can try calling ebay's useless customer service line for answers.

My question is, are you disappointed with the sale? Did you lose money? Did you ship out the item?
