I have had my account for 22 years without incident and now EBay disables an employee from doing her work on the website. Your "helper" apparently has history with Ebay. Only your helper is entitled to know what that history is, what is wrong with that history, and what they can do to correct what is wrong. The fact that she cannot access your listings is not an issue that you can do anything about.
