Hello, my account was banned a month ago. I received a category of building blocks because I accidentally collected products similar to LEGO while collecting them. According to eBay's email, I withdrew about four orders that violated the rules. I refunded them all, but eBay still replied that I could not appeal. Now all orders have been completed, and all after-sales services have been processed. There are all my savings and loans, and I have two children to support. It sounds like you were caught with fake Legos. Refunding the buyers doesn't negate the fact that you violated policy and if ebay restricts you from selling, you can't appeal.
