As @ebooksdiva stated not sure what you mean by your post. You are in Bangladesh and this account has only been active since 10 January 2025. This is mostly a US seller forum so getting your account setup may differ a bit for you than for US sellers but it takes awhile to establish your account, allow eBay time to validate/verify your information and to link in your financial information so you can get paid. Need additional information in order to possibly assist.
What do you mean your account is on hold? Are you a seller and your funds are on hold?
Or has eBay restricted your buying? You need to read the message you received from eBay. it will tell you why you are restricted or "account is on hold". Whatever the case no one in this forum can help with your account issues because we are all buyers and sellers here, not eBay employees.
