My 250 Per Month Listings Before 35 Cent Fees.

Hi gang, I know this is a VERY elementary question, but I'm having trouble finding where it tells me my 250 listing limit.

And still confused why all at once I'm having to be concerned with that. The 30 day auto-relisting thing still seems new to me.

The "auto relisting thing" has applied to all fixed price listings for many years. Each fixed price listing renews each month on the same date as it started (e.g., May 9, June 9, July 9).

The 250 free insertions each month can be used for new listings, for relists, or when your fixed price listings roll over. When the fixed price listing rolls over each month, it will use up one of your free insertions for that month. If you don't want it to automatically roll over, you have to end the listing.

The 'running' total (which probably changes daily) is on your Seller Hub page

Start: May 1, 2025 at 12:00am PDT

End: Jun 1, 2025 at 12:00am PDT

The alternative way is to count your active listings. Since the cycle is monthly, and if you are close to 250, chances are (because some months have up to 3 days that will relist 5 times (assuming 1 week cycles)

Example. 1 listing for 7 day auction (auto relist) listed first day on May 1st if (not sold) will count for 5 (FIVE) listings by the end of the month. So, of you list only 50 auction items on the 1st of May with NO sales, that will use up your 250 free listings (50 items X 5 Relists in May prior to June 1)

The original poster in this case does not have any auction-format listings, so all of their listings will use up just one of their free insertions per month.

With 1000 listings, you might want to look into a basic store.
