·2 weeks ago...and a charge back from their bank can give them 6 months to report the problem. What was shipped? Do you know if it was the correct item or the wrong item? As a seller, if I shipped the wrong item, and it was determined as my error, I'd fix it regardless of the 30 day MBG period.

You need to answer the question if you shipped using EIS? This is extremely important and it will govern how we respond to you and the information we provide.
If you did not ship via EIS, then the Money Back Guarantee is 30 days, true that, but NOT for international shipments. The MBG would cover the buyer for up to 30 days from the ESTIMATED delivery date.

Did they use a freight forwarder?
