Money Order
Hi,
Kind of a new seller here... I just noticed yesterday that I have 2 of my active listings set with money order payment when I didn't do that. I have almost 500 items listed so I don't know how to check payment settings quick and correct if. Checking one by one it's a lot! Anybody else experiencing this problem? eBay help AI message not successful, unsatisfied with the responses.

Thanks for your kind reply. When I found the 2 listings with money order payments, I immediately edited them, so I don’t have more examples/screenshots.
Weird thing it’s that eBay is not longer accepting money orders, so I don’t know why it was an option for the payment system, even if it was my error.
I hope it’s what you say about a glitch. I will gradually double check each item to be sure. Thanks for your time & support!

·Aug 14, 2026 at 4:33 PMCould just be a temp. glitch. Maybe give it 24 hours and see if it clears up. Could you post an item listing number and maybe a screen shot of what you are seeing.
Looking at one of your listings as a buyer, I only see the normal buyer methods for me making payment, didn't show by check or money order.
