mistakenly marked an item as paid
found a quirk, when you maek an item as paid by mistake, no way to change back to unpaid. called ebay and they can seem to figure out either. I do have an ebay request for paymebt of $22 in fees that they won't remove. Be on ebay 26 yrs, nad this is a problem they should fix.

To change an item marked as paid to not paid, go to your Seller Hub, the All Orders. Find the transaction, click on the three vertical dots to bring up the menu of choices. Select mark as unpaid.
