Missing listing templates
I am trying to re-list items saved in my listing templates but although I am sure I saw the listing there yesterday now I can't find any of them (50)! There is a lot of information in them and it will take ages to re-assemble them - I just want to find my listing so I can get on with listing more items - please help - thank you

Your saved template(s) will be on the bottom right. See image.
I only have one template saved. I titled it "Standard Template".

·1 month ago@jillbayley It sounds like you are confusing what a Template is and what a Listing actually is.
A Template is NOT a listing. It is a worksheet so to speak. A place you can go and create a listing that you use a Template that is predesigned with what most of your listings have in common. It does NOT become a listing until you create one from a Template and post it.

Now listings that are currently not active but still retained by Ebay until you update and give them a quantity you can also find in your Seller Hub under this link: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/ended?action=search&format=ALL_FORMATS&status=UNSOLD_NOT_RELISTED&timePeriod=LAST_90_DAYS&offset=0
You can also see listings that currently do not have a quantity and therefore not active by looking at your Active Listings and sort it by the Qty column. https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active

·15 hours agoI'm having a similar issue, but I literally cannot see any templates when I go to the link you sent:
This is something I've seen others mention but I'm unsure if they see the same thing I do, shown above. When I start a listing, I do see templates I've made, but I also see ones I'd want to delete, and I can't because when I click into the template, it starts a listing from that template, but I click on templates, the above is what I see. I can't seem to actually manage or delete listing templates, only create new ones, oh, and the "send us your feedback" isn't even hyperlinked text, there's nothing to click. What is going on & how do I fix it so I can properly see, manage, & delete templates?

·1 month agoTry these steps to find your templates:
Go to Seller Hub > Listings > Templates on a desktop web browser (templates often don't show up in the mobile app).
Check under Drafts or Unsold / Ended listings to see if they were saved there instead.
Log out and verify you are signed into the correct eBay account.
Clear your browser cache or try an Incognito/Private window to clear any visual glitches.
If they still don't show up, contact eBay Support directly so they can check for a system glitch on your account.

OP1 month agoThank you - I've tried that but no joy - I think I do have another account but I'm not aware of signing out and in again and as the listings I've just sold are on this account it should be OK?! I will give it another go and thank you

·1 month agoEven if you didn't manually switch accounts, browsers sometimes auto-fill or log into a secondary account automatically. Trying these last couple of steps should narrow it down:
Log completely out, then log back in using your email address instead of your username to ensure you are on the primary account.
Check the Seller Hub Overview page to see if your total template count shows up under the "Listings" summary block.
