Missing Item Descriptions?

Noticed earlier on a sold item, No item description. (took forever to find it...ugh)
Just opened up a few more of my running listings. No item description at all. It's missing.
Checked on another desktop here, signed out on that one...no description.
Checked on my phone...It's there.
eBay killin' me today.

Of the 2 comics from yesterday with missing descriptions, one fixed itself today and the second needed to be completely relisted from scratch. (????)

Two new listings worked OK.

Same problem here! I listed about 8 items yesterday and 3 didn't show a description. (Still missing this morning.)

Description missing while using Chrome and Opera!!

I had a second person check it out and they didn't see a description either.

Better half has a sold item with no description (he's chrome, I'm firefox)......I can't see that one......

he did try a relist and description shows up there, tho he didn't actually relist.

Probably part of eBay's long-term strategy to discourage purchases of non-PL items.

Soon, the missing description area will have a bunch of "you may like" tiles - can't have all that blank space going unmonetized.

I can see the description. Maybe it is only the seller who cannot see their own descriptions?

Same problem for me earlier today. I listed some Axis cameras and the description field was just an empty white box. It persisted for about an hour, then appeared to be fixed.

I also have missing descriptions on many of my listings.

I tried Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, but the browser does not seem to be the issue. Also cleared cache and cookies, no difference in doing that either.

When I open the listing to revise, the description is there. I just cannot see it when looking at the view item page.

I'm seeing a description there. The first few lines:

One set of nine handmade, die cut, Christmas ornaments made with recycled aluminum cola soda pop cans.

When I revised mine, I changed nothing and just hit submit at the bottom. My description then showed up

Thank you for the tip. I just tried it on https://www.ebay.com/itm/204668741347 and as far as I can tell from my side the description is still missing.

@mcdougle4248 Yesterday evening it was the opposite for me - when I went to revise, description was missing, so I opened the same listing on another tab and the description was there (I copied it over so it wouldn't overwrite). Strange.

@desertscooters That's a strange selection of links - some are redirects to cloud and sharing ad services, but one is to drain cleaner, one to a video site, one to WinOS repair, etc.

Happening to me as well. When i use inspect tool on chrome, my description is getting replaced with a bunch of spam links. I think ebay is getting attacked by hackers.

Ride Command display unit removed from a 2018 Polaris General 1000.
This is a 5 button display.
Last three pics show the unit powering on. Pics are still shots from a video I took when starting the General prior to disassembly.
Unit is in good working condition.
Appearance is nice and All functions worked as they should.

I just revised it, and another. The description was there when I got to the revision page. I just scrolled to the bottom and submitted.
Now I can see the descriptions again.
That's three so far today. One sold, two running.
Maybe a glitch of some sort, I hope so. I sure can't check em' all ðŸ˜‚

For what good that did. I had a difficult time just finding that Ride Command display from main search
