merging 2 listings
I want to end 2 listing and then relist them together with out having to retype the details and retake the photos can I do this.

·5 months agoYou should never have to retype anything unless you lose the original text.
Just use Copy and Paste

·5 months ago@jean.griggs You cannot do that directly. You can do it pretty quickly, if you still have your original photos saved.
I'd end both listings. Assuming the category still works, pick a listing you want to work from and edit that listing. You need your main photo to show both items. Ideally you simply take a photo of both items together. That will look the best. You can also use one of the many free collage tools online. I use Photojoiner. Just make a two photo collage and upload a picture of each item. Since you are merely editing one of the listings, you will alreay have photos of the first item in place. If you have the original photos of the other item, simply upload them to the listing. If no longer have those photos, then I would take new ones. I find that is faster rather than saving each image from the other listing, then uploading them. Finally, edit the rest of the listing to reflect you are selling two items. This will mean adjusting your title, item specifics, item condition, and description. All of this can be done in 5 minutes or less.

But there is no need to retype or retake them.
Just go to the listings and copy the photos and descriptions.

·5 months agoMe? I'd have the listing open on ebay on 2 different browsers, then start a new listing and copy and paste (or drag and drop) the descriptions and photos to the new listing.
You can also save the photos to a file then upload them to the new listing.
For the gallery pic you can use a photo stitcher tool to have both the main photos together on the one image.
Then just tweak the descriptions into one coherent description.

·5 months agoYou need to do the listing all over again, No skipping aloud, Plus you need the photos to include both items in at least one photo.

·5 months agoCut and paste the Description box into a text document on your screen.
Edit the two Descriptions together.
Paste the edited Description into the new listing.
You'll spend more time trying to find a faster way than you will save.

·5 months agoYou can probably use some of your photos for the new listing, but I'm sure you would need to take some new ones, especially the gallery. Your details would need to be tweaked to reflect your new listing and what it includes. I don't see how you do it otherwise. I usually use one of my ended items and then hit sell similar to add some new photos and fix the item specs/description/price/shipping.

·5 months agoYou will need to redo the listing and retake the photos. Photos are important and to have both items together in the same photo leads to accuracy rather than confusion.
