Medical device removed for prescription reasons?

I listed a AIRCAST Cryo/Cuff therapeutic device. I was emailed that ebay removed it because it violated their "prescription medicine" policy.

A quick search of the same item brings up over 40 listed presently.

So why was mine deleted and not theirs?

I miss the good old days when Ebay had a CS department and you could actually ask a question ðŸ˜ž

No need to call CS and waste their time. You got caught and the other didn't. BUT keep in mind some sellers CAN list those things IF they are authorized to do so. Someone sitting in their home making a few bucks is not authorized to do so.

It's like speeding. Some people get caught and some don't. Do NOT even try to relist that item because your account could be suspended. Apparently, your item needs a prescription according to the ebay bots. You can't fight them. It's useless even if they are wrong. Sell that item elsewhere or donate it or return it or toss but don't even think about listing it here again.
