MC011 , what I should do
I'm a humble seller from Jordan. My account was reviewed because a buyer wanted a discounted price and tried to blackmail me with a negative review. I contacted their support team, and they assured me they were on my side and that cancellation was fine. To my surprise, they suspended my account and requested invoices, which were rejected. This is how invoices are processed in my country, so what can I do? I'm a very active seller and I do my best to keep buyers satisfied. My rating is top seller, and I have a positive review.

·4 months agoWhen you contact ebay about this matter, make sure to inform them that you are a "humble" seller.

·4 months agoI see duplication of a few items...cancel?...and then re-listed?...and then sold.
Did you cancel any of those sold items?
Did you have eBay step in to refund a buyer?

·4 months agoEvidently some of your invoices are not adequate enough for Ebay, & that could be a Big problem for many sellers to supply adequate enough invoices.

·4 months agoThey should provide invoices or at least receipts. If they don't then that kind of purchasing for reselling is not going to work on eBay or anywhere in the US where platforms need to comply with US laws and regulations. You need to follow all policy and rules/regulations eBay has set regardless of the country you are located in

·4 months agoParting out used vehicles carries very real risks of being accused of selling inauthentic items. Rarely can one provide acceptable invoices.
Eventually, even an honorable and honest seller will find they can no longer sell on an internet site that they have had a long history of success on.
Your only recourse is limited to the methods which were included on the messages you received from Ebay. They would rather restrict you than run the risk of allowing you to continue to sell here.
Many of us, sympathize with your plight, but cannot offer any encouragement or advice which is likely to work.

·4 months agoVery interesting, looks to me like you're a legit reseller of used auto parts. Perhaps you are selling on ebay.com instead of the ebay for your country, idk.

·4 months agoNot sure how you can recover from this if EBAY is rejecting your "proof of purchase" that you supplied to them.

·4 months agoThis is a big problem because EBAY demanding professional invoices which most EBAY sellers do not have.
eBay accepts specific types of invoices for MC011 restrictions.
