these past 2 weeks has been H3LL!
I offered presale TCG product, provided proof of tracking for all orders and older orders, Front and back of ID, Credit Card Statement, and Invoice from my supplier. They accepted documents but now I have another email for “Proof of Tracking and Delivery of All orders. Is this a system error with their AI?! I need to buy shipping supplies and they have over $1,500 of funds on hold. I do not know what else to do, I feel like my only option is to reach out to the BBB or consult with a lawyer. I’ve done everything they’ve asked and I keep getting the run around. I have 100 percent feedback, no disputes, and no returns. As stated in the presale policies I needed to state “Presale†in description, guaranteed 40 days of shipping and delivery date. I’ve DONE EVERYTHING! Any Advice for me?!!!

·1 year agoIf they want tracking showing the items have been delivered, you're going to have to provide it.
It might be a little hard, if you haven't even received the items yet.

New sellers are also subject to payment holds for up to 30+ days.
