MC011 account restriction
Account restricted after sale of item -
EBay requested receipt, passport and utility I have provided everything and eBay advised will get back to
Me within 3 days heard nothing since..
They are withholding my money I feel like they do this to compound interest illegally in their holding accounts
I have provided everything to them and they are stonewalling me every time I contact eBay live chat I get responses like we are still reviewing even though i was told it would only take 3 business days.
Losing hope eBay will steal my money forever what can I do? Please help!

Never seen a seller asking about payment AND the buyer of the item chiming in on here.....
@powell-memorabilia- I 100% agree, this seller has multiple accounts and sold the item to themselves.

·3 years agoI don’t care what you buy it’s the truth - you shouldn’t make false accusations without proof.
it’s misleading - I bought bag of her and her acc for locked and she contacted me to advise she can’t access her funds so I said to report it on here little we know it’s a yank website with people who make false accusations and don’t actually help

·3 years agoEBay are pirates they restrict many accounts these days and it is extremely hard to get in touch with them I feel bad for you here !

This is the US (.com) board....Im pointing this out because the requirements may be different.
New sellers have up to 30 day payment holds.
So even if your account is unrestricted you will not be paid for at least 30 days.
eBay never has "your" money. The funds are processed by a payment processor.
Is your account set up to be paid?
Since you are in Australia Im not sure what you need to get paid ... In the US we need a US Bank account and SS#.
The MC011 restriction takes time. CS via chat has no access to when you will or will not be released from the account restriction.
