I have an issue now with sales on multiple items when a buyer doesn't use the shopping cart to combine the order. Now there's a glitch where if you combine the orders manually and add the tracking number manually to each item going to the same buyer it won't leave your shipping cue. You have to then click "mark as shipped" after you added a tracking number. This is a NEW glitch because just last year, it would automatically mark an item shipped if you just added the tracking number.
Also now another glitch is when a buyer has used the cart for multiple items and you ship them under one tracking number ALL the items in the list will get the tracking number except the last one. That one will look like it didn't, but if you click add tracking it will be there. But the order won't remove itself from your shipping cue until you click "mark as shipped".
These glitches happen all the time after they "update" the site. It's more than annoying. It wasn't broken before. Now it's broken. It's exhausting trying to keep up with them sometimes. 2 times a year rollouts of tech changes is too much. It's insanity for us. We never know what's going to break for something they didn't need to "fix".
Why can't ebay allow us to manually "combine" orders when a buyer is too lazy or computer illiterate to use the shopping cart? That would save us all a lot of time.

Their profile isn't available.
No, there is no requirement to add the tracking number. If you have one, though, it would be a good idea.
