When I got a question from a customer I either don't want to answer or for whatever reason it is dealt with that doesn't require a direct answer, I know I used to be able to select "Mark Message Answered" or something like that from a pull down menu.

Does that functionality exist? The only thing I could do to get rid of the question I have no intention of answering was to end the listing ands start it again.

I also can't seem to find the Archive I put stuff in .

Yes, the option to mark it as answered seems to have disappeared about 1-2 months ago. I had the same problem, and no one at eBay could tell me how to get rid of a message even after answering it. No way to delete it either. I ended up having to end the listing and relist to get it to go away.
