Make Offer Auto decline rejected legitimate offer. Glitch in Ebay system?
Hello,
I had an item listing that had auto-decline set to $500.. A prospective buyer made an offer of $500 and the Ebay system automatically declined the offer... Anybody have any idea why this would happen?

·3 years agoIt did just what you set it up to do....if they had offered $500.01 it would have accepted.
You have it set to decline anything $500 and under

·3 years agoauto decline at $500? Offers of $500 or less will be automatically declined.
auto accept at $500? Offers of $500 or more will be automatically accepted.
If you had auto decline set for $500, it worked exactly as it is supposed to work

·3 years agoYou had it set up to auto decline at $500. Someone made an offer for $500 and it declined the offer. What is the problem again ?

·3 years agoIf your auto decline is set to $500 and under. Offers for $500 would be declined. If the buyers offer was $501.00 the offer would have been accepted.

Wouldn't it have to say something like "accept offers $500 and above?
