MacBook Air
Was selling 25 laptop MacBook airs. Got into a major issue called eBay for help. I had already sent out seven MacBooks out of the 25. I was told I eBay would help me not continue cause I was in a car accident and wasn’t able to continue. Instead, they refunded all 25 people. I need to be refunded for the seven people that got their items.

·3 years agoAn MC011 suspension was not mentioned.
The money might be deposited into the seller's state Unclaimed Fund after 6 months.
The ability to sell in the future is extremely unlikely.
Look through the Order Details on your Sold page and see if you can find the buyer's email addresses.
Send them an invoice through Paypal.

The money might be deposited into the seller's state Unclaimed Fund after 6 months. If all the buyers have been refunded I seriously doubt there is anything on hold, in fact the OP is probably in the hold since they are still paying for the eBay fees but the buyers have been fully refunded.
The ability to sell in the future is extremely unlikely. Can't argue that one.

Until the OP returns with some more information I have gave up trying to guess what actually happened or what the current situation is.

·3 years agoLet me get this straight.
You sold 25 MacBooks.
You sent out only 7.
18 still needed to be sent out.
Then you were in a car accident.
You were unable to send out the remaining 18.
Ebay refunded all 25 buyers.
I an very disappointed in ebay.
With your feedback, they should have suspended you as well.

Who knows what happened like you I made a lot of assumptions since OP did not include them and has not returned to address questions. I love OP's that do that.

Please clarify. Although 5 buyers didn't receive their Apple iPad 9th Gen. 64GB, Wi-Fi, 10.2 in - Space Gray, you also sold a bunch of MacBook Air laptops?
The least expensive MacBook Air is $999 so did you ship those items with signature confirmation? If you didn't have s.c., there was no delivery in ebay's eyes.

·3 years agoIs there some info missing here? So eBay refunded people who had received their items and there was tracking proving their purchases had been delivered? How does that work?

Agree some details missing so I assumed the seller was delayed in sending the items due to the car accident and when the buyers had not received their items by the projected delivery date and there was no tracking information provided they all opened INR cases, the seller never responded and eBay was asked to step in and the buyers were refunded.
Somewhere in that timeline the seller actually sent the laptops but it was too late at that point. But like I noted I had to guess since there is not detail from the OP.

·3 years agoThat seems to be what the OP is saying: he sold 25, shipped 7, several others filed INR disputes, and eBay refunded all 25 buyers, including some who had already received theirs. There is one Positive for a MacBook Air in amongst the Negs.

·3 years agoI'm not seeing any feedbacks at all for MacBook Airs. I only see negs for iPads not received and 1 iPad that was received.

·3 years agoFirst mistake was calling eBay for help. Call in customer support is useless these days. Some missing info so I am going to assume the seven people you were supposed to send the laptops to opened INR cases, you failed to respond and the buyers asked eBay to step in and they refunded the buyer.
It appears they also cleared out your account since I see nothing posted or having been sold on this account. Did you in fact ship the 7 laptops and do you have the tracking information showing the items were delivered? I suspect eBay full refunded the buyer which means you out the postage cost, eBay fees and whatever you paid for the laptops.
About the only recourse you may have is to open a chargeback with your bank or CC company whichever eBay took the funds from. You can be sure eBay is going to do nothing. Pull all the information together to provide to the bank or CC company when you open the chargebacks. I suspect you will need to open 7 individual ones.

Did Ebay restrict or suspend your account? 25 brand new apple laptops? You have several customers stating they never received theirs. It only takes a few bad complaints for Ebay to step in and see what's going on, especially with a new seller. Did ebay ask for receipts for the laptops as well? Not looking like a good outcome on your behalf. Sorry.

·3 years agoSorry, all you can do, is ask those 7 if they'll repay you.

·3 years agoLook at this from ebay's point of view. A new seller has 25 high-fraud Apple computers and stops shipping after sales. If you were ebay, wouldn't you see red flags and do whatever is necessary to nip any potential fraud in the bud?
What did tracking show for those 7 (or 😎 that were shipped?
Were the total payments from buyers $750 or more? Did you ship with signature confirmation?
Did ebay request receipts or documentation showing that you obtained those computers from a legitimate source?
ETA:
Ugh! I just looked at your feedback. None of your buyers received their items!
And just for my own curiosity, how does a brand new seller manage to have highly desirable 25 computers?

·3 years agoSorry, but that is not going to happen. eBay can't reverse refunds given to buyers. It is between you and your buyers. Contact your buyers to arrange for repayment.
