Just thought that I would comment on two lost packages in May. One package left Seattle (Grorund Advantage) on time to New Jersey. Got to the Trenton facility and there it has been since May 14. Another left
the Seattle area on time around April 25 (Ebay standard envelope). Tracking showed it leaving Seattle going to Barry, IL. Then tracking just stopped. Customer never received it. I have refunded both customers. USPS has always provided very fast service for me for 10 years with no loses. Hope this is just a "one time" thing and that service is working well for the rest of you, although Ebay said that others have recently experienced the same thing.

·4 months agoWhen this happens, I do a lost package investigation with USPS as soon as I am allowed to, then let the buyer know.
Generally ends in refunding buyer, filing the insurance claim and waiting on the check from USPS
