Lost alsmost half of my ended listings - they just vaporized??? Anyone else have this happen?
Like most of us eBay sellers who use fixed price listings, I occasionally end all of my listings and relist them using “sell similarâ€. I have done this hundreds of times over the past few years with no problems, so I am well versed as to how to do it successfully.
On New Years eve I decided to end all of my active listings with the intent of listing them again using the “sell similar†procedure starting today (Friday 1/2) and doing them a group at a time.
When I ended my active listings on 12/31, I had 541 listings. To my shock and concern, when I went to start doing the “sell similarâ€, I only had about 340 ended listings. So somehow, about 200 of my ended listings were vaporized by eBay. And again, I am an experienced seller (over 20 years selling) so I so not believe that I did anything to cause this.
Has anyone here ever experienced something like this, and does anyone know if I have a prayer of getting these listings back? I can only imagine that it was some sort of eBay glitch, as I have never ever lost even one listing before.

·9 months agoHappened to me this morning. Every single one of my ended listings are gone. Not in "Ended" or "Unsold". What is going on?! Anyone found a solution for this?

·9 months agoIs your number of unsold matching the number of the unsold listings that are showing up?
They have been eventually showing up for me on their own...
it took days one time, though.

·9 months agoThat has been happening to me lately. I do the reload thing mentioned. I probably wouldn't work on them until they all show up.

OP9 months agoThank you - but can you explain what you do step by step?
I am a bit confused as to what to do.
Appreciate the help, and I'm sure others with the issue will also appreciate it.

·9 months agoI work from the Seller Hub...
so I'm not sure if my steps will exactly match yours.
...and they're not really "steps"
because, ultimately, it's just a matter of waiting
but
In the Seller Hub
Look under "Listings"
Check the number under "Unsold Listings"
Click on that number
Check the number of listings it says are there.
If the number is lower than your Hub number...
you have to wait until the number catches up.
Mostly it is a matter of minutes...
but one time it took 2-3 days.
I'm so much smaller than you...
that this is probably really inconvenient to you.
Other than refreshing...
I've heard of no other way to get it to go back to being instantaneously in my Unsold Listings.

·9 months agoIt doesn't have anything to do with feedback, the feedback page just has the link for "see all listings" which is where you want to go to sort by completed listings. It will display anything that ended by you or by a sale from the last 90 days.

·9 months agoGo to feedback page, click see all listings, do a sort with the menu to display completed listings only.

OP9 months agoThank You...but I am puzzled...these are items that had been listed, but never sold. Why would they be shown on the "feedback" page? Appreciate your help, just need clarification.

·9 months agoIt has happened occasionally. I have continued to reload the page every half hour so and they eventually come back. Good luck
