@caldreamer has your answer. I keep all of my records off here and have them on a spreadsheet. Not much help for last year, but this year is still early. All of my costs and sales are on it, so I just give my totals to my accountant at the end of the year. This way, things that are not included, like marketing in sm, office supplies, etc., are there at my fingertips.
-The page below will open, on the pull-down menu (green arrow) select Last year.
-The values in the boxes will update for last year's activity and the Order box (orange arrow) will have your total gross sales (items and paid shipping).
-You can select either pdf or CSV file formats to download on the right in the blue outlined balloon buttons.
EBAY has "easy to read" 1-page report that shows QTD totals for (orders, returns, EBAY fees, shipping expense). Go to Payments, Reports, REPORTS (NEW) and select LAST YEAR.
